You have decided to look for a Jupiter Beach condo. Jupiter Florida has become quite popular since many pro athletes have called Jupiter their home. Once a quiet little town that was overshadowed by Boca Raton, Jupiter has emerged as a popular destination. Jupiter did an incredible job of limiting condo crowding along the beach. Sitting just North of the Bluffs condos we have a 100 acre park area that sits on the oceanfront. Most of the Jupiter oceanfront condos sit on the West side of A1A which gives you larger beaches. The exception is the 4 oceanfront condos in Ocean Trail which sits on the Jupiter Inlet. Our newest condo is the Jupiter Ocean Grande which was built in 2001 and features 4 oceanfront condos in a gated community next to Ocean Way. Two of the buildings sit facing the direct ocean while the two back buildings have indirect ocean views. They have two tennis courts and numerous amenities including garage spaces for 2 cars per unit. They are one of a few large pet friendly Jupiter condos.

Other popular Jupiter ocean condos include, Jupiter By The Sea a small complex of three buildings with only 36 condos in all. Two units per floor so they are favorites of mine due to the many sliders and brightness of the condos. They also share a tennis court with the Corinthians next door. It is a newer building built in the mid 90’s and has 9ft ceilings. Ocean Club is another newer building that may interest you with tall ceilings and the Penthouse units come with 12ft ceilings. It is a catwalk building and the lobby/pool area was recently updated. Beachcomber down by the Juno line is a fabulous smaller complex with only 3 story heights. Don’t miss the Bluffs Ocean condos, always a popular oceanfront community in Jupiter.

What’s happening in Jupiter Today

We continue to see small complexes popping up around the beach area but the majority of land has been built on so we shall start seeing more teardowns of single family homes here along the beach. We have several small Jupiter beach condos available that are walking distance to the beach. We are seeing many new businesses coming into the community as Jupiter grows. Harbourside Place is about to open which will feature a hotel and restaurants plus shopping. The Jupiter Riverwalk now features miniature golf, a new parking garage off A1A and the restaurants are upgrading to the ever increasing customer base that is coming here to Jupiter. The dog friendly beach is a favorite among canines who have a mile long stretch of oceanfront to enjoy. A pet friendly Jupiter condo may be something for you.
