Estuary & Jupiter Dunes Condos

The Estuary and Jupiter Dunes are located at the end of the Jupiter Riverwalk and just steps to the beaches of Jupiter. The three sections of communities each feature a different style condo. The community is built around a par 3 – 18 hole golf course. Come take a look at this community.

The Estuary is a gated section of Jupiter Dunes and features 2 bed/2 bath townhouse style condos with a single car garage. There are a few 3 bedroom condos but are quite rare. The condos are either 1,200 or 1,385 for the larger units. The Estuary condos are either a downstairs or an upstairs unit. The upstairs condos are more popular and feature a vaulted ceiling with an additional loft area. Each condo has a small patio with many overlooking the golf course. The Estuary is one of the few large Jupiter pet friendly condos here along the beach. The community features a pool and clubhouse as you enter the gate. They have a gate that goes back into Dubois Park which leads out to the Jupiter Inlet Beach Park.

Jupiter Dunes Condos

The Jupiter Dunes features two sections. One section features two story buildings with 4 condos per building. Either an upstairs or a downstairs condo which are about 1,500 sq. ft with a fireplace. They feature a patio with most condos having golf course views. The other Jupiter Dunes section overlooks the Estuary waters that flow in and out with the ocean tides. These condos are either upstairs or downstairs units with several two level townhomes also available. These Jupiter Dunes condos all have water views and feature one carport per condo.

Located a short walk to the beach, Jupiter Inlet and the Funky fishing village of Jupiter you can walk to several nice waterfront restaurants.
