Martinique II Towers
The twin Martinique towers are 4000 and 4100 N Ocean Drive with the 4000 building being the front direct ocean condo building. With just 4 condos per building every unit is a corner condo offering plenty of floor to ceiling sliders with a wrap around balcony. The 2 bedroom condos are just over 2,000 sq. ft of living space. The direct oceanfront stacks are the 01/02 stacks which put you right on the sand. The 25 story buildings offer spectacular water views from just about every room. The back building has 4 condos per floor but offer two 3 bedroom condos on the West side of the building that are just over 2,400 sq. ft of living space. The front condos are 2 bedroom units. Sitting directly on the beach you will find the 4 story Ocean House building in Martinique. With just 12 condos this small boutique building offers front to back living with 2 bedroom/2.5 bath and 2,200 sq. ft of living space. Condo offers 1 car garage parking. This quaint condo offers you that small boutique feel yet offers all the amenities of a large condo complex.
Martinique Townhouse
Situated just off the pool deck the 10 two story townhouse style homes feature 3bd/4.5 baths and over 2,600 sq. ft of living space. This is the only building with no views but offer plenty of living space.

24 hour manned gate plus a concierge in each tower are the first amenities you will notice here in Martinique. The two pools with one being an adult pool plus outside barbecue grills and eating areas. The on-site restaurant is the most popular amenity by far. Billiards, two fitness centers and a club room are popular amenities as well. The condo does allow small pets under 20lbs and the community is a popular winter rental destination due to all the social activities here at Martinique.
