Located at 100 Beach Rd on Jupiter Island the Ocean Towers South is the first oceanfront condo you see as you cross the bridge to Jupiter Island. Built in 1972 by Divosta the 11 story condo features 4 condos per floor  with the corner units having wrap around balconies. The 01 and 04 stacks are the corner units. The interior condos are 1,700 sq. ft and the corner units are an extra 100 sq. ft but have plenty of floor to ceiling sliders exiting to the balcony. The condos are 3 bedroom 2 bath with a galley kitchen that can be opened. Overlooking Jupiter Inlet Colony to the South you can see down to Jupiter Inlet as well as the Jupiter Lighthouse.

One of the biggest features with this oceanfront condo is two of the bedrooms have ocean views which is quite rare. The condo features either covered parking or open parking spaces. They feature storage closets on the ground floor and the community has a fitness center overlooking the pool. They have a bike room that has A/C out by the maintenance shed. They also have a drive through car wash. Being an older building you won’t find all the amenities of some of the newer condos here on Jupiter Island.

You will get direct ocean views, plenty of space and a great location on the island. The condos do have a washer/dryer in the kitchen which was rare for when this condo was built. Most condos built in the early 70’s were quite small and featured community laundry rooms.
