Sea Brook Place Jupiter Condos – Beach Walkway

Located just off US 1 in Jupiter Sea Brook Place Jupiter is one of the popular Jupiter beachfront communities which features a private beach walk between Ocean Walk and Xanadu by the Sea. This gated beachside community features bright yellow buildings with red tile roofs. Each building is a quad complex with a private patio. Sea Brook Place features both 2 and 3 bedrooms condos ranging from 1,250 to 1,640 sq. ft. Some of the larger condos are 2 bedrooms instead of 3. Many of the condos will have different 2nd floor decks.

The Sea Brook Place Jupiter condos feature living space downstairs with guest bath and laundry. The kitchens can be opened up for that newer feel most buyers are looking for today. Upstairs will be the bedrooms and the outside deck will be off the guest bedroom. The only negative to Sea Brook is they don’t have a community pool as they have always had the private beach walkway. The community allows pets to 45lbs but is breed restrictive. Many of the condos are full time residents. They don’t make great seasonal rentals due to the pool issue.

From Sea Brook you can walk out to Carlin Park which features a fitness trail, tennis courts and an amphitheater. Just across the street is the beach and a breakfast place.
