The Seagrape condo located at 5460 N Ocean Dr Singer Island is the sister building to Dunes Towers next door. The 2bd/2ba condos have 4 units per floor with each condo being a corner unit. Wraparound balconies plus an additional balcony off the master bedroom. They are similar size to Dunes Towers 1,300 sq. ft with a community laundry on each floor as well.  The 16 story building has just finished a complete balcony restoration in 2015 with all new impact sliders as well. The views are excellent but not quite as nice as the Dunes Towers which sits out further to the water.  The community is not gated and features covered  or open parking. The community has a pool, tennis and a clubhouse with a fitness center. The building has had major renovations and should be worry free for some time.
