Presently in the gated beachside community of Xanadu by the Sea we have 6 homes for sale. Xanadu by the Sea is a single street of just over 60 homes and lots. As of today there are just two vacant lots left to build on and one was just sold. This leaves one lot left in the community. The Jupiter Beach community began back in 1978 as a small cottage style beach community where the houses were 1,100 to 1,400 sq. ft. Since then the homes have become larger and larger.
