Oceanfront condos in Juno Beach
This week I went to a potential seller of a Juno Beach oceanfront condo so prior to meeting with them I pulled some recent comps as well as looked at all the other condos in Juno Beach and Jupiter for sale in that price range. I track the condo market pretty close and was quite surprised to find there were only 2 oceanfront condos in Juno Beach for sale between $400,000 and $600,000. Amazing. There are a few listings in the Manors which sit across A1A in Juno Beach for sale under $300,000 but the least expensive condo on the sand with a direct ocean view was nearly $500,000. Yes a half million bucks.
Juno Condos
With the slim inventory levels not only in Juno Beach but Jupiter as well and season is just beginning. I have not seen inventory this low in nearly 10 years. In many of the condos there are no units for sale or maybe just one unit. If I ran the numbers I would bet there are less than 20 condos for sale in Juno siting on Ocean Drive. The best deal out there right now is the Penthouse condo in the Waterfront building at 800 Ocean Drive. This is a must see condo listed at over $1.1 million. With such a small number of condos for sale here in Juno Beach I would think prices would continue to push upwards as demand seems to remain strong.
