The best places to live in Jupiter Florida can be narrowed down to what lifestyle you are looking for. Surprising or not we have many different types of homes and communities from Jupiter Farms to Jupiter oceanfront condos. The first question we should answer is condos, town homes or single family homes. We have lifestyles from beach living, country club living , downtown living and even country living. We have new construction and homes going back to the 50’s with most of Jupiter being built in the late 70’s and early 80’s. We saw Jupiter’s population boom in the late 90’s when John McArthur started selling off large tracts of land in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter. The land sales became home to places like Evergrene and Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens and Abacoa in Jupiter. Like most of South Florida all of a sudden the middle of the town was several miles West of the beaches.

Living in Florida you either live East or West. West of I-95 or West of the Intracoastal depending upon which town you live in. Usually when living West you feel more of a city type lifestyle with much more traffic and action. You will find neighborhoods of school age children, bigger homes and just more communities packed closer together. Living West you will find most often full time residents living in the town. Living in East Jupiter you will find a more seasonal nature of residents. Many snowbirds who come for the winter and leave come April. You will find smaller condos instead of single family homes in Jupiter. The weekends will be busier and come Monday people are back at work and the beaches become much quieter. You are most likely to be living in Jupiter oceanfront condos such as Jupiter Ocean Grande.
