Ten Best Condos on Singer island
Your looking for a winter vacation condo on the beach and you finally narrowed it down to Singer Island. Your question is what are the ten best condos on Singer Island and why. Every condo has a unique feature and feel to to the community and the condo itself. Some of the condos will have terrific views but the condos may be quite small. Others will have plenty of space but your view will be looking at the condos next door. I suggest you make a list of what is most important to you from 1 to 10 and let’s see which places may work for you. I have a list of my favorite Singer Island condos which I will share below and what I like about each building. They will be in no specific order but just a few items that make that condo stand out. It may even narrow down to a specific stack in that condo that makes it my favorite.
Water Glades Condos
Located at the Northern end of Singer Island there are three condos on 14 acres of land which gives you some wonderful green space. Your not crowded in a wall of condos. With four units per floor every condo is a corner so you get two different exposures. The views can be incredible. The units are light and bright and even at night the views can be spectacular. The negatives are the small balconies, community laundry and limited covered parking.
View Water Glades Condos on Singer Island
Dunes Towers Condos
Just next door to the Water Glades the twin Dunes Towers offer spectacular views from the A stack in the East building. With four units per floor each is a corner with different views and much larger balconies than the Water Glades. An older condo it also has limited covered parking and community laundry and there isn’t a lot of green space but the views from the front building are incredible.
Martinique II Condos
When your looking for spacious condos and terrific views the Martinique offers both. With 2,000 sq. ft of living space and four condos per floor with plenty of glass you will enjoy the views of the Martinique. The community also features a restaurant on site as well as beautifully maintained grounds. You get it all in the Martinique on Singer Island, garage parking, two fitness centers, manned gate and a very social and active community.
Eastpointe Condos
Another favorite on my ten best condos on Singer Island is Eastpointe. Two buildings with one offering much larger units nearing 2,700 sq. ft and the other building with smaller units. They do have several 3 bedroom condos which are quite rare in older buildings. The views from the front direct ocean condos are beautiful but not quite like the corner units you find in Martinique II. They have a very well managed building with garage parking, manned gate and nice amenities. They do have a community laundry in the South tower. Also the South side of the building has had their views blocked by One Singer island which was built in 2004.
