Jupiter Beach Condos

Jupiter Beach Yoga

As winter seems to be blasting the Northeast states we are seeing a rash of new potential buyers hitting our websites looking for a winter vacation home. The problem we seem to run across is the limited inventory along the beach which is the most popular area for potential buyers. After all most buyers are looking to be near the beaches no matter what town they are looking in. Just this week I showed two beach area properties one located in the Beachcomber which sits just North of Juno Pier and a townhouse in Cote De La Mer in Juno Beach.  Both were on the market for just a few days and both are already under contract.  I told my potential buyers both properties are clean and well maintained. Both were priced higher than recent sales but no matter with limited inventory your choices are limited. I continue to see low inventory and limited choices for buyers who are now becoming quite desperate to find a home.

In the past 10 years this is the worst choice of inventory we have had. Low inventory, higher prices and strong demand in the Jupiter area continue to surprise me what buyers will pay. Remember if you aren’t planning to sell in the near future and you are going to hold a property for 5 years paying just a few dollars more today for the right property will seem like a bargain down the road. Don’t miss the opportunity to own a Jupiter Beach condo.

Juno Beach Condos

The area of Juno Beach continues to show more strength as the inventory has fallen and the demand for Juno Beach condos continue to grow. Juno has a great beach and a quaint, quiet feel which seems to be attractive to many new buyers. Not filled with high rise condos but more smaller condos and nice green space the area is popular. Prices are jumping drastically and buyers can’t find properties. What is happening? Buyers are now having to wait for a specific property to come to market and once it does we are seeing plenty of showings and multiply offers in many cases. Many buyers are hesitant until they lose a few properties and then they realize there are no bargains out there and will have to pay close to asking price if they want to live in this highly desirable Jupiter/Juno Beach area.  Take a look and see the Juno Beach condos for sale and what makes Juno so attractive.be jumping on the band wagon.

This may sound like a typical real estate sales tactic but if you are watching the market carefully you are seeing the same thing. Markets are driven by emotion and as buyers see prices rising and inventory falling they should be jumping on the bandwagon. The problem is most buyers hometown markets are doing as well as this Jupiter real estate market. This area is unique and most of South Florida falls into the same category, high demand and low inventory as well as cheap money fuel price hikes based on simple economics.
