Thinking of moving to South Florida – Check out Juno Beach. What makes Juno Beach so special and why such the demand for this small beachside community? Located just South of Jupiter most of the condos sit on the sand here in Juno Beach and not across the street like Jupiter. The condos are much smaller in size and many offer a quaint feel to them. Many of the condos were built in the 70’s and feature the typical rectangular box with exterior catwalks, quite popular in their day. Not until the 80’s did they start building condos with interior hallways and lobbies.
Juno Beach Luxury Oceanfront Condos
With just 4 condo buildings in Juno built after 1990 the limited choice drives up the price of a Juno Beach condo. The 90’s condos that were built were the first ocean condos in Juno Beach that offered 9ft. ceilings and floor to ceiling glass. Again they all feature interior hallways and many amenities older buildings did not have. You started to see fitness rooms, garage parking, larger pools and club rooms. The biggest feature is the taller 9ft ceilings. The three direct oceanfront condos are the Beachfront, Waterfront and Oceanfront all built by the same builder back in the early 90’s. All are quite different and offer various features unique to each building. The Oceanfront is a 4,000 sq. ft condo which even by today’s standards quite large. The Waterfront offer front and back balconies and are quite spacious where you can actually fit a dining table on. The Beachfront offers all the condos are corners with plenty of glass and wrap around balconies. Always a favorite of mine.
Built in 2001 Ocean Royale are the twin 12 story buildings just across from Juno Beach Pier. The Juno Beach condos are 2,500 sq. ft and larger and feature beautiful ocean and preserve views and amenities such as a full fitness center and movie room. It’s like visiting a 5 star hotel. But it sits across the street and not on the beach.
Juno Beach Oceanfront Entry Condos
I call these condos the beach getaways with very few amenities but just a great location on the sand and beautiful ocean views. Nothing fancy and most of the condos are 1,250 sq. ft in size.
